Terms Of Use
Last Updated: [Date]
When you use Doxtor’s platform (the "Service"), you’re agreeing to follow these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you’re representing a clinic, lab, or healthcare provider ("Clinic"), you’re agreeing on behalf of your organization.
Doxtor delivers a customizable, AI-driven platform that helps Clinics share blood test results with patients, connect with labs and EHRs, and streamline workflows. Patients ("Users") can view their results through the Clinics’ personalized portals.
For Clinics
Make sure to enter data accurately and follow healthcare regulations (like HIPAA and GDPR).
Get patient consent for sharing data and using AI insights.
Keep admin credentials secure.
For Patients/Users
Share honest health information.
Use the results for informational purposes only; always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Encryption: All data is secured during transmission (TLS 1.3+) and when stored (AES-256).
Compliance: We follow HIPAA (US), GDPR (EU), and other local regulations.
Data Retention: Clinics decide how long to keep data; it can be anonymized or deleted upon request.
Doxtor’s AI features provide simplified summaries and suggestions but are not a substitute for medical advice.
Clinics must verify AI outputs before sharing them with patients.
Labs/EHRs: Doxtor connects with third-party services (like Quest and Epic) but isn’t responsible for their performance.
API Use: Custom integrations are subject to separate agreements.
Custom Agreements: Pricing is discussed and agreed upon for each Clinic, detailed in a separate Service Agreement.
Taxes: Clinics are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
Doxtor’s Ownership: The platform, AI models, and content are owned by us.
Clinic Branding: Clinics keep rights to their logos and content uploaded to the customized portal.
Doxtor isn’t responsible for:
Incorrect diagnoses or patient outcomes.
Service disruptions beyond our control (like third-party outages).
Improper use of the platform by Clinics or Users.
Doxtor can suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
After termination, Clinics can request data export or deletion according to applicable laws.
Governing Law: [Your State, e.g., California].
Arbitration: Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration (AAA rules), and class actions are waived.
Doxtor may update these Terms; continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes. Users will be informed via email or in-app notifications.
